How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days, including processing and transit time. Some items may take up to 2 weeks. Every order is tracked, and the tracking link is emailed when the order ships. Carrier, weather, or address delays can occasionally affect the estimate.

What does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum and no oversized-item surcharge. We currently ship throughout all 50 states and Washington, DC.

How do returns work?

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Email hello@oakandhour.com with your order number before sending anything back. Customers arrange and pay change-of-mind return shipping on furniture and other large items. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photographs and we will make it right at our cost.

What does the quality guarantee cover?

Our one-year quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects in frames, joints, hardware, and workmanship. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and natural material variation are not manufacturing defects. Start a claim by emailing your order number and clear photographs to hello@oakandhour.com.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us as soon as possible. We will help when we can, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
