Shipping and Delivery

Free standard delivery on every order

There is no minimum purchase, oversized-item surcharge, or delivery fee added at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship throughout all 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories, PO boxes, or international addresses.

Estimated delivery time

Most orders arrive 1 to 2 weeks after the order is placed. This estimate includes processing and transit time. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, or an incorrect address can occasionally affect timing. We will share an update when we receive one.

Standard delivery

Orders use standard delivery to the address entered at checkout. Delivery requirements can vary by item size and carrier. Keep the email address and phone number on your order current in case the carrier needs to contact you.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email the tracking link when the order ships. If an order contains several pieces, they may ship separately and arrive on different days at no additional charge.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@oakandhour.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photographs. We will replace it or refund it in accordance with our refund policy, and you will not pay for our mistake.

Incorrect addresses

Check the shipping address carefully before placing your order. Email us immediately if it needs to change. Once an order is in transit, a carrier may be unable to reroute it. Reshipment charges can apply when an order is returned as undeliverable because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
