Shipping and delivery, told truthfully
Every product page shows its own delivery window before you buy. These are the house rules behind them.
Where we ship
The contiguous United States. All prices are in US dollars.
Processing time
Every order is processed within 1 to 3 business days before it ships. The windows below are door to door and already include that processing time.
Delivery windows
Parcels (bedding, cushions, lamps, decor): 5 to 10 business days. Oversized items (rugs, chairs, small tables): 1 to 2 weeks. Freight pieces (sofas, beds, dining tables, large casegoods): 1 to 2 weeks. Pieces marked with an extended lead time on their product page: 5 to 7 weeks.
What delivery costs
Free on orders over $1,500. Under that, a flat $79 for the whole order, no matter how many pieces are in it.
Freight, honestly
Freight delivery brings the piece to your door or building entrance. It does not include carrying it upstairs, placing it in the room, or unpacking, so for a sofa or a bed, have a second pair of hands ready. Check the dimensions block on every product page before ordering, it lists the widths that matter for doorways.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. The tracking link is emailed to you automatically when the order ships, no need to ask. If a delivery window is going to slip, we email you a new date as soon as we know.
Damage in transit
Anything damaged on the way is on us. Photos to hello@oakandhour.com within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund, your choice.
