Our one-year quality guarantee

Our one-year quality guarantee begins on the day your order is delivered.

What is covered

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects under normal household use, including frames that crack, joints that loosen, hardware that fails, drawers that stop operating correctly, finishes that peel without misuse, and seams that open on their own. When a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Oak & Hour will replace the item or issue a refund at our cost.

What is not covered

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, fabric softening or pilling with use, cushion settling, natural patina, sun fading, accidental damage, pet damage, misuse, improper assembly, or damage caused by failing to follow the supplied care instructions. Natural variation in wood grain, stone, fabric weave, finish, and color is not a manufacturing defect.

Making a claim

Email hello@oakandhour.com with your order number, one clear photograph of the issue, and one photograph of the complete item. No separate product registration is required.

How the guarantee works with returns

The first 60 days are also covered by our return policy. After that period, the quality guarantee continues through the end of the first year for covered manufacturing defects.
