Aged Brass Fluted-Glass Adjustable Wall Sconce

The Oak & Hour wall sconce projects one clear fluted-glass shade from a compact aged-brass assembly. A straight arm leaves the round backplate, then meets an articulated downturned socket with a knurled locking ring. The faceted lower glass rim adds crisp detail without turning the fixture opaque.

The satin-brass backplate measures 10 centimeters in diameter. Its tapered glass shade is 14 centimeters wide by 11 centimeters high, keeping the full fixture compact beside a mirror, bed, or framed artwork. One small side knob adjusts the socket angle while the horizontal arm remains fixed to the wall.

Choose the angle before tightening the side control, keeping the glass clear of adjacent shelves and fabrics. Mount the backplate to a suitable wall box according to local electrical requirements, with power disconnected during installation. Support the clear shade when adjusting the knurled ring so pressure stays off the fluted and faceted edges. The straight arm keeps the shade offset from the backplate, and the downward orientation sends light below the fixture while the transparent glass preserves a view of the brass socket.
