Queen Murphy Wall Bed with Twin Bookcase Towers

The Oak & Hour Murphy wall bed combines a Queen sleeping platform with a full-width storage cabinet. A semi-automatic metal frame folds into the center, while two matching bookcase towers flank the bed with adjustable shelves. Gray-washed wood, gray metal, and gold-tone handles give the closed unit the appearance of built-in wall furniture.

Closed dimensions are 94.9 inches wide, 15.7 inches deep, and 83.4 inches high, with a maximum top height of 87.6 inches. Deployed, the bed measures 61.4 by 78.7 inches and projects 85.8 inches into the room. Wood battens support up to 900 pounds; four anti-tip brackets secure the cabinet.

Anchor all four anti-tip brackets to suitable wall structure before operating the folding mechanism. Reserve the complete 85.8-inch projection and keep the floor path free whenever the bed is opened. Use an 8-to-10-inch mattress; the mattress is not included. Adjust shelves within their 6.3-inch range, follow the assembly sequence, and keep hands clear of hinges and moving frame sections.
