Walnut Wood Console with Woven Cord Shelf

The Oak & Hour console table pairs a slim solid-wood top with a full-width woven shelf. Warm walnut stain highlights the restrained 40-inch frame, while natural paper cord adds lighter texture below. Four round tapered legs and shaped concave apron brackets give the open silhouette a crafted, farmhouse-inspired character without drawers or doors.

The table measures 40 inches wide, 15 inches deep, and 30.5 inches high. Its wood surfaces have a satin walnut finish, and the lower shelf uses flat-plaited paper cord stretched across the full width. With no projecting hardware or enclosed casework, both the top and woven shelf remain visually and physically accessible.

Use the 15-inch depth when planning a hallway or wall placement, and leave the woven shelf clear of sharp edges or damp items. Set all four tapered legs level, then recheck connections after assembly. Lift the table by its solid-wood frame rather than the cord. Dust the satin top with a soft cloth and clean the woven shelf gently with a dry brush or low-suction attachment.
