Travertine Spherical Incense Bowl with Lid

The Oak & Hour incense bowl carves pale beige travertine into a compact two-piece sphere. A rounded lower basin meets a matching dome at a fine horizontal seam, while small holes across the crown release smoke. Natural pores and wavy cream-brown banding make the stone surface unique.

The closed bowl measures 4.13 inches wide by 3.94 inches high, giving it a palm-size footprint for a side table or meditation shelf. The dome lifts away to reveal a smooth hollow interior designed for incense sticks, coils, balls, frankincense resin, a sage bundle, or palo santo.

Place the basin on a stable heat-resistant surface before lighting any incense, and keep the surrounding area clear of fabrics and drafts. Seat the perforated lid carefully along the center seam so smoke can leave through the crown. Never leave burning material unattended; allow the stone and ash to cool fully before lifting the dome or emptying the bowl. With the dome removed, the lower half can be loaded and cleared without forcing material through the crown holes, while the fitted lid contains ash within the stone form.
